22 years of working for a nationwide security company in
Massachusetts, Jim decided to bring his experience with
all phases of the alarm industry to New Hampshire twelve
years ago. Having established Winnipesaukee
Security, Jim is proud of how the company has grown-
with an emphasis on serving our customers and
establishing relationships within the community. |

Bruce
McKenna, General Manager/Purchasing |
| In
the early days of the company, Bruce did it all- from
sales and system design to technical work and
installations. As a result, Bruce brings a keen
understanding of every aspect of the business to his
role as GM. He is quick to share his 15 years of
security experience with the rest of our staff and
insists on teamwork, reminding us that even though the
company has grown in recent years, we're still a family
business at heart. |

Barbara Rines,
Office Manager |
| Better
known as "Babs", you'll probably meet her the
first time you call Winnipesaukee Security. Babs not
only keeps the office operations organized, she's
well-versed in the ways of both business and security!
She has 10 years of experience working on the security
staff at New Hampshire International Speedway and has
owned three businesses in Alton, NH where she has lived
for 36 years. |

Russ
Spearman, Sales Manager |
| When
it comes to determining which security solution is right
for you, Russ takes security personally. He prides
himself on providing the most comprehensive assessment
of your security and fire alarm needs and then puts his
9 years of experience into action to create a solution.
Russ is particularly skilled in fire alarm design and
inspection and is committed to the understanding that
the installation of a new system is just the beginning
of a relationship with a customer. |

Dan Romprey,
Service Manager |
| Dan
gets to see a lot of New England from the seat of the
service truck, overseeing almost all of our
installations and meeting our customers. Dan has four
years of experience in the alarm business, but has
always been customer focused, having received many
awards and certificates during his previous career
in the automotive industry. Dan appreciates the
family atmosphere of our business- a reminder of where
he got his start, helping in his father's used car and
service shop. |
